  • OAuth access tokens — used to authenticate API requests on your behalf (stored encrypted, never shared)
  • App-specific data — each app page on our website lists the exact data accessed, the purpose, and whether it is stored

2.3 Chrome Extension and WordPress Plugin Users

6. Shopify App Uninstallation

When you uninstall one of our Shopify apps:

  • We receive notification via the app/uninstalled webhook
  • Your OAuth access token is immediately revoked
  • All merchant-specific data is deleted or anonymized within 7 days
  • Any background processing for your shop is disabled immediately

If your app requires a longer retention period for a specific, justified reason, this will be clearly stated on the app's detail page.
