By accessing the QualityExtension.com website or installing any of our apps or extensions ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
QualityExtension.com develops and distributes software products including Shopify apps, Chrome extensions, and WordPress plugins. Our Services are provided through third-party platforms (Shopify App Store, Chrome Web Store, WordPress Plugin Directory) and through our website.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Account and Access
Some of our products require installation through third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify). By installing our apps, you authorize us to access your store data as described in our Privacy Policy and the app's detail page on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your platform account.
5. Subscription and Billing
Pricing for our Shopify apps is managed through the Shopify Billing API. Applicable charges, billing cycles, and free trial periods are described on each app's listing in the Shopify App Store and on the corresponding page on our website.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable fees to your Shopify account according to the billing terms displayed at the time of subscription.
6. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated in the app listing. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial expires.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the billing platform (Shopify). If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@qualityextension.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription or uninstall any of our apps at any time through the respective platform. Upon uninstallation of a Shopify app, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy (deleted or anonymized within 7 days).
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our products
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products
- Use our Services to transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services
10. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with QualityExtension.com and our products are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
11. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability for our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platform outages (e.g., Shopify).
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QualityExtension.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QualityExtension.com from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
