Installation
Shopify Apps
- Visit the app listing on the Shopify App Store
- Click "Add app" and authorize the requested permissions
- The app will appear in your Shopify admin under Apps
- Follow the in-app setup guide to configure your settings
If you encounter installation issues, verify that your Shopify plan supports third-party apps and that you have the required admin permissions.
Chrome Extensions
- Visit the extension listing on the Chrome Web Store
- Click "Add to Chrome" and confirm the permissions
- The extension icon will appear in your browser toolbar
WordPress Plugins
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New
- Search for the plugin name or upload the ZIP file
- Click "Activate" to enable the plugin
Troubleshooting
App not loading or displaying errors
- Clear your browser cache and reload the page
- Ensure your Shopify plan supports the required features
- Check that no browser extensions are blocking the app
- If the issue persists, contact us with your store URL and a description of the problem
Permissions or access issues
- Verify you are logged in as the store owner or an admin with app management permissions
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
- If you recently changed your Shopify plan, some features may require reauthorization
Uninstalling
Shopify Apps
- In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels
- Find the app you want to remove
- Click the app, then click "Remove app"
- Confirm the removal
When you uninstall a Shopify app, your data is deleted or anonymized within 7 days. Your OAuth tokens are revoked immediately. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Chrome Extensions
- Right-click the extension icon in your toolbar
- Select "Remove from Chrome"
WordPress Plugins
- Go to Plugins in your WordPress admin
- Deactivate the plugin, then click "Delete"
Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of your data, email support@qualityextension.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email.
